These terms apply to all orders, deliveries, and use of the Tuskara website. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to the conditions set out below.
Tuskara is registered in Enschede, the Netherlands. All business transactions are subject to Dutch law.
Pricing
All prices on the Tuskara website and in our price lists are stated in euros and exclude VAT. The applicable VAT rate will be added to the final invoice in accordance with local regulations. For orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT may not apply. Reverse charge or export exemptions will be indicated on the invoice where relevant.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices valid at the time of order confirmation will apply to your order.
Ordering and production
All Tuskara wallcoverings and rugs are produced to order based on your exact specifications. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned.
We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing a full order, so you can assess the material, colour, and texture in your specific lighting conditions.
Lead times
Indicative lead times begin from the moment your order has been confirmed and payment (where applicable) has been received.
Wallcoverings: approximately 7 to 12 working days. Rugs: approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
Lead times may vary depending on material selection, order volume, and production planning. If delays occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery and transport
Delivery costs are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated otherwise. Transport is at the buyer’s risk unless agreed otherwise in writing.
You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices must be paid in advance or within the payment term stated on the invoice.
Payments are made by bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice. Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Colour and material tolerances
All Tuskara products are crafted from natural and high-quality materials. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to production techniques, batch differences, or inherent material characteristics. Such variations are part of the product’s character and do not constitute grounds for complaint.
Returns and refunds
Because all Tuskara products are custom made to order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. This applies to all wallcoverings and rugs.
If your order arrives with visible transport damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@tuskara.comwith photographs of the damage and packaging. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or credit.
Claims related to print quality or colour must be reported before installation. Once a product has been installed, it is considered accepted.
Samples
Wallcovering and rug samples are available to help you evaluate materials before ordering. Samples are indicative and may show slight differences from the final production run due to scale, batch, and material variations.
User accounts
Creating an account on tuskara.com requires accurate personal or business information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Tuskara reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse or fraudulent activity.
Trade accounts are available for verified professionals including dealers, interior designers, architects, and project contractors. Trade accounts provide access to trade pricing and may require business verification. Separate terms may apply to trade partnerships as agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
All content on the Tuskara website, including but not limited to designs, images, photography, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Tuskara. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
Liability
Tuskara’s liability is limited to the invoice value of the products in question. Tuskara is not liable for indirect damages, consequential loss, or damages resulting from improper installation or use of products.
Applicable law and disputes
All agreements between you and Tuskara are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Overijssel, the Netherlands.
